I think Mark is on to something there with the neck muscles, I experience head pressure or did, when working out I would experience increased pressure in my head and my ears would feel full. Like constantly needing to pop, and now it only happens when I really over do it in the gym, if you can get the neck to relax I wouldnt be surprised if it helps at the very least
