The DTI MRI appears to be the best at showing the brain is still struggling. It does not specifically identify damage but rather shows the flow of fluid in the brain tissues. There are specific characteristics in this flow that can indicate a struggling brain.
But, I'm not sure WC will be concerned about abnormal DTI results. A NeuroPsych Assessment often does better at showing dysfunctions that can interfere with work functions.
