Default Multi cervical unit

I will post about my BP - should have received the monitor today, but its delayed, so will first receive it in a week!

How do you differentiate between the brains ability to regulate blood pressure and a neck injury? I mean, I lifted a flagpole so as I see it, there are 2 options:

1. My brain cant tolerate the rise in blodpressure from the lift.

2. There is a neck injury, which I aggravated when lifting/pushing up the flagpole, and because of this there is not enough blood, CSF or both coming through my neck to my brain.

Is it possible to manage the inability to tolerate raised BP in some way?

There is definitely something wrong with my neck so will look into that. Have any of you experience with a "Multi Cervical Unit" - there is a clinic here in Norway that says they have good results with this unit, but is it worth the money?
