Just thought about this too, working with a little dose of baking soda in distilled water when the stomach is uneasy can do wonders. I told this to two friends and they got instant releif, they didn't know about the baking soda remedy. I use baking soda in my coffee grounds for my two cups of daily coffee and it cuts the acid big time. Too much acid can cause a lot of issues....even adding a little baking soda to high acidic foods help... I like Red Mill baking soda as it's more pure vs other stuff with aluminum. When my stomach feels a little off, I go to the baking soda immediately.
