My diet is quite good except, maybe I don't get enough fruit. I buy a whole watermelon each week and I eat it all. I LOVE watermelon. Sometimes I don't feel too good after I eat it. Maybe I am eating too much at a time but it's so good and sweet. Fruit has been a real disapointment lately. It's either not ripe or too ripe and rots before I get to it. The only viable alternative is fruit in a jar.
I have been eating a lot of fish lately. Not too much beef but lots of chicken and lean pork. Which reminds me I
could get apple sauce to go with the pork, that's a fruit. And I LOVE chutney, that's excellent with beef. And it's Mango.
Maybe I'll start a food diary.
