I believe mrsD was trying to respond to your request while also observing the copyright rules here.
I have just reviewed the rules and, as I understand this, we cannot do a simple copy and paste. We can give a summary and then provide a link, which I think mrsD has done.
There may be a "workaround" and/or I may be misunderstanding the rule.
