If i turn my head quick something inside of it shakes.. feels like loose brain
If i step hard on my heels or ride a bus i get a hammer/eletric like pain in my forehead
Specialy from speed bumps
I get salty mouth feeling when my headaches happpen

Whenever i get these head jolts i develop insomnia.. i simply cant fall asleep again

Is it possible i have a CSF leak?
I don't think you have a CSF leak. I don't exactly know why but a lot of people have had this issue including myself that I do not believe is anxiety because it is specifically motion related and has caused a bunch of symptoms for me. I got hit in the head while already having PCS and now my head is much more sensitive. It has become less sensitive over time as I have rested and utilized an anti-inflammatory diet. Sure I've had anxiety, but I doubt that is what it is. Whatever it is, you need to do everything you can to avoid these triggers because I believe they are interfering with your recovery and making it harder for your brain to recover. And remember, you're not alone.
