Hi Bud, I would say I'm not anxious any more and I'm actually optimistic which in turn gives me confidence again. Bit by bit I've re-entered my old world, I like to have to feeling of progressing through this so I set myself small goals to overcome which all add up. Plus 50 years has made a deep enough mark on me and my habits that even PCS can't wreck forever! I think a good sense of humour and bloody mindedness has pulled me out of some dark times.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
