It's vital for all body functions and finding more and more how overlooked it is. Do research on magnesium and your issues, if you care to.
Thank you everyone for your advice! I hadn't thought of magnesium - I'll look into taking some supplements. I only really drink water (I'm a bit boring like that haha) but I will definitely try and increase how much I drink of it!

I visited my doctor yesterday and she took my blood pressure which is a bit below the norm especially for a female of my height. She also took some blood tests which I am waiting the results of. In the meantime she has given me energy sugar tablets as she believes it to be a combination of low blood sugars (as I usually do not eat breakfast) as well as already low blood pressure. Every time I skip a meal or feel an 'episode' coming on, she said to suck on a tablet. Also best to start eating every meal! She said that when my blood sugars are low then my blood pressure will decrease even more and cause me to faint! Hopefully my blood test results are okay.

Thanks again everyone - this forum has been so helpful and comforting! I will keep you updated with my blood test results.
