I think you should keep a daily log of pressures during the day, and not just the morning ones.
Morning pressures tend to be the highest of the day. This is due to the dawn phenomenon which secretes cortisol to get you going,(and raises blood sugar)

There are many factors that will alter blood pressure readings temporarily. After a large meal, hot showers or baths, even taking a reading with a very full bladder can elevate the numbers somewhat. If you keep a log for about a month, 10 or so readings a day, you will find out your own rhythms.
Numb arms from sleeping suggest low blood sugar upon awakening. If this goes away with eating something I'd think of that as your trigger.
