I've had the exact same problem as yours for two years, but I never thought to consider it could be a vestibular issue. Also mine tends to last all day. I feel like my brain is "using" my sense of sound more than my sense of sight. It's weird. Hope you feel better though. I'll definitely look into vestibular therapy.
