This is quite interesting!
I have recently seen this with high-fat coconut milk and gently heated. It's sometimes called "Tumeric Tea."
From my notes:
1 cup water or bone broth
1/3-1/2 cup canned coconut milk (high fat coconut milk)
1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric
