Thanks so much for your message. I was so relieved as well to finally put a term to the sensory overload phenomenon!
Having pushed through for 5 months at my job with 150% multitasking & 60+ hrs/wk, I finally caved.
Have you had any neuro testing?
Hoping to have more info after this week-- schedule a new neuro appt as their testing is more extensive than anticipated.
