Plantar faciitis can be so very painful. It can burn and jab like neuropathy.
It is worse, for me, than any PN pain I have ever felt.

It's been a very humid summer here and many people are walking quite gingerly, as many have exacerbations of this condition now.

You are very wise to keep up a preventative foot massage!
