I have recently seen this with high-fat coconut milk and gently heated. It's sometimes called "Tumeric Tea."
From my notes:

1 cup water or bone broth
1/3-1/2 cup canned coconut milk (high fat coconut milk)
1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric

Thanks for the link.
I find the recipes in the link very interesting and superior to the recipe above.
The paste is interesting.
The optimization of curcumin's bioavailability by using black pepper is an important point!

Thanks so much for sharing this!

Hi DV,
Apparently there are many versions of drinks with turmeric.
Don't you love the name "Golden milk"?
How can something called that not be good for you

I looked all over the Internet and liked this recipe and the fact that the video showed how to make it and she is a chiropractor , so I was sold.

Your recipe has high fat coconut milk, my yoga teachers recipe had almond oil and in the video on the link, she suggest Udo's oil. Interesting all the different oils.

All I know is, since turmeric is supposed to be a good anti inflammatory and
inflammation is responsible for a large percentage of pain, So I am going to give it a try it.
This article also said it was anti carcinogenic, along with many other benefits.

Let me know if you try it.
My best,
D.
