Hi Sarah, I started with similar symptoms about 3 months ago. In the last week I have started getting piecing pain in my groin. I was diagnosed with PN also. You need to have a full blood test to cover all the possible causes of your neuropathy. The wonderful people on here will tell you what needs to be checked for. There are numerous medications and treatments that can ease things, again everyone here will help. Please take care and try not to stress too much.
