Thanks dejavue. I know I have anxiety now. Quite badly in fact. Sometimes that makes me crazier because I don't know if I'm experiencing a non stop anxiety symptom or sfn symptom. My anxiety is nonstop. I've tried numerous therapists, to no avail. I've tried ciprolex which didnt help and an made me clench my jaw horribly. Don't know what to do about it. The worst is when I wake up a million times in the middle of the night: I think ( can't be sure) that anxiety fuels my sfn at this point and it ravages me.
