There are cross sensitivities from pollen to foods. There are lists on the net for this.

The treatments for systemic fungal infections are harsh and toxic.
They usually are used for people with impaired immune functions, either due to chemo treatments or HIV.

However, you can do a GI antifungal treatment yourself. One of the good anti-Candida treatments is by NOW called Candida Support.

I also find Olive leaf extract helpful for my sinus issues. There is some olive leaf in the NOW product but it also has caprylic acid which kills Candida living in the GI tract and mouth.

August is when ragweed starts up. Learn what the plant looks like and pull it out when you find it around your home (don't disturb the head and dump in a plastic trash bag). We remove it from our entire street, since we live in a small woods.
If you get worse on really windy days, think "allergies".

Goldenrod blooms around now too...but it is not an airborne pollen so you should leave it in place as it feeds many birds.
