Started a new diet about 4 weeks ago. Lost about 10 pounds.
Then hubby brought home tons of ice cream because "it was on sale!"

Work.
See accupunturist.
Visit friend of a friend in nursing home/rehab almost an hour a way. She is tremendously depressed.


Think about exercise.

Practicing Zen about parents visiting -- I keep telling myself that I can handle this.
