Reading this has given me food for thought - 12 months post accident and I loathe showers, always thinking it was hands above my head when shampooing head that did the damage - thus take fewer showers. Will try tensing neck muscles which should hopefully help vestibular issues.
Also still sensitive where I hit my head. ? Nerve ends maybe, as it tingles, like electric current but over time some improvement; thus needing to reduce water pressure when washing hair.
Time management too, knowing not to shower before physical activity as I am always left fatigued, dizzy, and spacey - sometimes nauseous after a shower.
