Go to your User Control Panel

Go down to Settings and Options

Go to Edit Avatar

Check Use Custom Avatar
Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer

- make sure you check Save Changes

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 85 by 85 pixels or 29.3 KB (whichever is smaller).
