Do you have NTOS or VTOS, or both? Was transaxillary approach done the first time? I feel like I've read in a couple threads of people having to do second surgeries? Is this common? Why isn't the issue fixed the first time around? Wouldn't a second surgery cause potentially more scar tissue and possible nerve irritation?
