I'm glad to hear that someone else has survived the switch from Abilify to Seroquel
When I was in the hospital, they prescribed 50mg as a prn at bedtime, so they do use it off-label as a sleep med.

I am more comfortable today.
In fact, my husband threw a drunken fit a little while ago and it didn't trigger me... go figure.
I think sleep will come easily again tonight.
