There was a thread about this a while back - and it seems like many people with SFN also have some type of twitching and/or cramping. But, just like all the other stuff we experience - it seems like each person has a different description of the where, when, and how. In my case, twitching was my first symptom, and the burning in my feet didn't come until several months later.

It does seem strange though, that none of the websites seem to list twitching or cramping as symptoms of SFN.
