topical medication is usually only used on skin issues, and not systemic neuropathy. the antiinflammatory i know are glucocoteroids, for stuff like psoriasis,eczema, or some inflammation disease.
i have contact dermatitis which was severe enough to require acetonide triacinilone, which is 2nd to clobestatol.
