Mari makes an excellent point in her post.
Seroquel has a reasonably good track record of helping with bipolar mania.
Seroquel can be used as monotherapy or can be combined with divalproex (Depakote) or lithium for further stabilization if needed in treating bipolar mania.
Glad you are feeling hopeful.
I am very hopeful you'll continue to feel better, too.
