I've been using this cream twice a day for more than a couple of years now. Its ingredients are similar to the one you mention. There is another Lady on here that also uses it. We've had both had good results, but I also take nortriptyline and tramadol. The Neurocream has been very effective, for me, on my forefoot pain, and I don't know what I'd do without it.
