I am watching your story with interest. Thank you for posting all the useful information. It does not seem like my situation is as bad as yours, but I am well on my way. I am 29 years old, and I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (suspected), severe tightness in my neck muscles, scar tissue in much of my neck (according to my MT), misaligned vertebrae at C6, T1, T2, and T3 (according to an X-ray), pain down my arms and wrists, pain in my low back, and pain in my left knee.

I am still holding a job, but the physical health issues have already started to massively affect my career. I am trying to turn things around at 29 so that I do not have even worse problems at 49, but so far my progress has been minimal. I can get pretty depressed at times, but your progress reports are a bit of inspiration. Keep up the hard work.
