How far of a drive?
Oregon gives an option to use a taxi I believe, and they will reimburse the cost.
This was 2003 when I had that info on my paperwork..
Maybe Dr can say no long distance driving , or no highway driving??
Usually in the paperwork they send it tells abut options if travel is a problem...
I'm not sure about the dr with sanctions part of your question though..
might be a web search question...
Or check your state website.or call the state comp division, don't totally believe what the Ins co tells you.. about anything..
I don't know , unless you have a really clear cut on the job injury, I think an atty now to help you thru all this stuff might be best.. But make sure you get a trustworthy and reputable one.
Many will talk themselves up to get you to sign with them, and then do very little until the actual trial date...

So they do less work but they can still get a % up to a capped amount..
A big point- TBI/PCS ongoing issues are hard to prove, no imaging or test will prove it, no clear proof that it came about due to the work injury... so that is why I suggest seeking a very good atty..
If you have a dr of your own choosing that has been seeing you regularly and taking good notes, that will go a long way as proof, especially if you had no health issues at all prior to the injury.
But if you had any prior head injuries or cognition problems, wc will try to suggest , that it is the cause . that's just how it goes..
