The bleeding in the tooth as he began the root canal indicates that the tooth was vital. Why did he do the rc in the first place? What did he see clinically that made him determine the tooth should be root canaled?
The "sealant" he used to stop the bleeding, do recall if it had a very potent chemical smell?
