Default Feeling of Vibrations in Head or Like the Old Saying "She's got a loose screw!"

I have an appt. on Monday at John Hopkins. I'm having a very hard time
articulating my symptoms that are lingering. One is a feeling of vibrations in my head when I'm walking or upright. The closest thing I can describe it to would be sort of like a car going over a
road that's having road work but not done. Not bumpy but more like those lanes in the road that are built so when you drive on them you won't fall asleep, there is something in the pavement that causes vibrations and noise?? Anyway, it's just sort of an even vibration feeling in my head. It often happens at the end of day but sometimes I awake with it.
I am constantly wrapping my hands around my head and pressing down as if this will keep it secure or like I a have a screw loose in my head and this somewhat makes it feel a bit more normal. Sometimes I wrap my fingers around my neck and hold them there and this seems to make it feel more secure and less vibration.

How am I going to describe these things at my appt. Monday? So far, my efforts to explain this symptom to my primary doctor and a concussion clinic went ignored. Maybe because my symptom is so unclear. Any thoughts?
