No it's not tinnitus. I have that as well but this is different. I hate having this concussion! If I can't find a good doc at John Hopkins I have no where else to go.So far, I feel like no one has given me any good advice or help w/symptoms. This feeling in my head is like a whirring sensation, very hard to describe.
