If you live in DC, can't you get medicinal marijuana? Maybe you should see a different doctor? Just a suggestion.
And I would have to agree with the other comments. i don't see when you had your concussion but if you still have physical pain on your head, I'm assuming it was recent and you shouldn't be drinking alcohol as it can slow down brain recovery. Additionally, the last thing you want is to experience another concussion which is more likely under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol and traumatic brain injury are related. Between 30-50% of people with TBI were injured while under the influence. Be patient. You'll be able to party hardy again some day but for now take care of your brain!!
