I think a good dr would ask you questions to help narrow down what you are trying to describe to them..so they can understand it a bit..
Have you ever started off by saying it is very hard to describe the odd sensation you are feeling in your head? Then give a brief description?
So maybe they will take a cue and ask questions?
I'm assuming you already had some basic testing & CT and /or MRI imaging , to make sure no other issues are overlooked.
