Thanks! I am so glad I found this forum. After perusing some of the other posts, I discovered that the reason I was getting the horrible acid reflux and nausea was from the R-Lipoic acid and not the gabapentin! So I stopped the R-Lipoic acid and the reflux has gone away. I am taking alpha lipoic acid and it does not cause the acid reflux. I never had this problem before.
