This not being able to go back and edit posts is driving me a lot crazy!

orangic???? What's that???

I guess I will just have to learn to slow down. I'm not sure there is a post I make that I don't go back to fix something, or many things . And even if I spot one of my errors a YEAR later it will make me nuts if I can't correct it .
