I believe males have a totally different set of bladder or urine flow issues from females.

Yours could be 1) overactive sphincter which needs to be relaxed, or 2) Prostatic hypertrophy, 3) males have that constriction which closes off the bladder during sex and ejaculation...so there is a point where this may be overactive.

Most women have the reverse, overactive bladder with a short urethra means pressure and loss of control.
