Tigerbalm. A little goes a long way and it's cooling.

There are freezer gel packs with velcro. you can buy a whole bunch and the freezer actually keeps things cold for 2 days if you open and close it very quicky. The cold gel packs are very helpful for overheating. You can wrap them around your head, neck, wrists, ankles.

Essential oils spritzed around like wintergreen make the air feel fresh and nice.

Stay hydrated.

Strange but sometimes a hot tea on a hot day heats me up much for about 10 minutes but then there is a cooling down effect where the outside hot air doesn't fee so hot... Just throwing it out there.
