I completely understand! I live in a similar city. I swear all the gas station employees know my story I have to tell my story at least 8 times a day, to all of my patients. For the most part, I appreciate their concern. However, a lot of the time I feel like they lose interest before I can even explain! Lol.. I tend to stick to my "safe zones" when I go places. Yesterday, my little girl wanted me to eat lunch with her at school, and I was hesitant to go. I went, but it took all I had to get to the cafeteria, and back out to my car. I had to hobble along in front of a bunch of construction workers..Uugghh! But she was so happy that I came, and that's what keeps me going! I hope things get better for you, as well!
