My condition started about 4 years ago when my feet felt hot at times. Over time the burning progressed and I started losing fat pad on the soles of my feet, so it became very difficult to walk without any pain.

Fast forward to 2015 and a second Nerve Conduction Study shows no sensory nerve input to my feet. The symptoms are intense burning like walking on hot coals at times and this is the current medication I have been advised.

Neurontin 400mg four times a day
Clonazepam 2mg at night (pain prevents me sleeping)
Supplents:
Methylcobamine 2,000mg am
Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 mg daily
Asthanthaxin 6mg daily
Co Enzyme Q10 120 mg daily
Omega 3 1,000 mg daily

The doctor I have found said the Neurontin can go up to 3,200 mg daily.
The current regimen isn't quite hitting the spot.
If anyone has anything similar I would really appreciate any advice/ help.
Thank you.

Your supplement regimen seems very good. Also, have you made dietary adjustments?

There are some folks who like to use Morton Epsom lotion or Biofreeze as a topical remedy. I wouldn't recommend Capsaicin though that might make the burn worse.
