Default Some Test Results Opinions?

I wanted to post some test results and get some opinions. I had posted some in the past but for any that didn't see.
Nerve conduction studies were obtained following posterior tibial motor, peroneal motor and sural sensory nerve stimulation. There were prolongation of the distal latency of the right peroneal and bilateral conduction velocity slowing 22.8 meters per second right,35.9 left. Sural latencies were intact following right sided stimulation, boderline latency on left with conduction velocity slowing 35.2 meters per second. This was an abnormal study consistent with a bilateral sensory motor neuropathy. These findings should be clinically correlated.
Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) were obtained following posterior tibial nerve stimulation at the ankles. Following stimulation of either side,well-formed and reproducible popliteal fossa, lumbar and cortical potentials were seen. There was mild prolongation of the L3 response. There was shortening of the left L3-Lp37 interpeak latency. This is an abnormal study consistent with conduction delay subserving the sensory pathway of he left lower extrmity between the popliteal fossa and lumbar cord. The finding should be clinically correlated.
Also my blood work the only things that were off were my wbc count was 2.6, lymphocycte, abs was .80, bun was 7, sgot was 55, sgpt was 97, gfr african amer was 167. My b12 is actually high at 1500 but down from 2000.
My bone scan, the delayed images demonstrate a focal area of increased radiotracer uptake in the posterior inferior aspect of the right calcaneum. There is also mild diffuse increase radiotracer uptake in the distal end of the left tibia as well as the malleolar region. There is mild increased radiotracer in the distal end of the left fibula. The mild increased radiotracer uptake in the region of the left ankle/joint could be secondary to a stress/overuse injury or inflammatory arthritis.I had a mri of brain/spine that was fine and my mri foot/ankle showed inflammation.
Now my pain is the left inner ankle/foot/calf. Like today I can barely get of bed and am in severe pain with vicadin. How can that be mild and what all my tests show? I almost feel its a trapped nerve that is not showing.I'm hoping maybe Mayo can look more into that if I go since on there website they do similar. I do have sometimes inflammation that seems mild in the right but nothing feels mild in the left. Thanks for any help
