I second the motion. Maybe an orthopedic would pay more attention to your pain issues too, rather then just not calling you back, as you have experienced. Also, I know you have been off and on a lot of medication, but noting the possible inflammatory arthritis mentioned, has anyone tried you on anti-inflammatories?
