Few more questions :
1) There are many who heal without using antibiotics (as these are also possible cause of cavitations) I would like to inform the dentist that this approach is what I choose. I will take Homeopathy of course (Arn, Hypericum, Ledum, Symphytum will go a long way here along with tissue salts of course)
But I guess I can take the pain killers? let me know if you have any contradiction
2) Local Anastasia with vasoconstrictor - I don't think here in India they have any other alternative other than General Anastasia (which I want to avoid at all costs!!)
3) Stitches are OK right? I would prefer them.
4) Rinsing the mouth with salt water from the day of extraction is OK right ? (of course organic sea salt or rock salt without added chemicals)

I really really must make up for your time in some way Bryanna (maybe in both of the ways I have mentioned in my previous reply - I really feel bad to take without giving. That is just not who I'm)
