ask about it. Or find adv PT that can do those.
Also IF stim & ultrasound can be very helpful if chiro or PT have those.

some passive posture work might be helpful-
some ideas here-

as far as studying, be as ergonomic as possible, take breaks , keep shoulders aligned and not hunched forward..
Thanks for the reply.
Chiro did some spinal manipulations but after this there was an increase in chest pressure.
My left side neck near c7 has some movement which literally pulls my left ear down with pressure.can it be scm muscle issue? Not sure why MRI don't show anything. I had 3 cervical mri's , none says anything.

I am afraid of progression of symptoms. My elbows have improved a lot by regular stretches, walking. In last December my ulnar nerve at both elbows were so tense that I wasn't able to brush my teeth. But now my elbows are 80 % fine.I wear elbow braces 24/7.

I left my IT job in afraid of progression.I am just 32 yrs old and have wife and daughter dependent on me.
One thing m sure is if somehow I am able to treat my neck issue the symptoms will lesson down but had been to many spine doctors , they are clueless since MRI is clear.
Anyone having any idea on ear pulling sensation ? I don't have any radiating pain
My shoulders are quite broad and strong.I was extremely fit otherwise but this neck and nerve issues are killing me.

I want to complete 2 yrs masters program so that I can try teaching. Sitting at computer is painful.

I am not sure if its RSI or TOS issue. Doctors in India doesn't understand Tos much.
