Bryanna, you can ignore my previous questions in the post I'm happy to say I found a really knowledgeable and caring Dentist today - he is aware of procedures infact he offered the information without me asking him first. He knows about removal of periodontal ligament, debriding the socket of necrotic tissues and cleaning the surrounding bone...he calls it curette. He even gave me the treatment plan where he is charging seperatly for extraction and for curette. I'm really happy A surgeon will do this for me.
I wont take antibiotics, he is OK with it, conditional to taking only liquid food for 5 days and seeing him every 2 days. He is also giving all appropriate instructions regarding salt water rinse after 24 hours etc...mostly we will get all 3 RC teeth out tomorrow itself (going on 5 day liquid diet twice is not easy!) - he has told me I can decide during the surgery based on my comfort level.
This will be done with local anastesia with vasocontrictors ofcourse.
