That is actually interesting. It sounds like you might have Pectoralis Minor Syndrome. It often goes hand in hand with TOS. I was diagnosed with this along with the TOS and a Pectoralis Minor Release aka Pectoralis Minor Tenotomy. Now my shoulders are about 4 inches back from where they once were.

Do your shoulders slouch forward??
