I know it can sound trite, but I try to keep going by just taking it one day at a time.

When I think about the big picture, I get scared and depressed. It's not that I'm trying to avoid facing reality; it's just that worrying won't make any of it better.

I also know that I CAN keep fighting this battle. Heck, I've got over eight years of experience to prove it.
