trying to see if I can kick this crutch away. The symptoms do not seem to have changed for me but I am waking up too early. It gives me much too much time to think,haha. The bliss of Ambien for me was my pain meds were gone for the day and so I would take the pill and 20 min later I was out for 5 hrs at least. This got to be a relationship after about 2 yrs. I have tried Melatonin, Benedryl in the past and they never helped. Always the light sleeper. I wish you luck on your symptoms, I hope mine get better once I am totally off. I might need to do a test for CPAP, that might be the ticket. Ken in Texas.
