Try one or both of these many times a day for 15-20 mins & w/relaxation focus & after study postures - If symptoms become worse or increased pain, then these may not be helpful for you.
*don't force anything or push thru pain..*






*lay on foam roll or large towels rolled up tightly - pillow if needed for neck comfort - then just relax with arms at a comfortable position*
