The Puritan's Pride bottle I have does not... it has mannitol listed.

I don't seem to react negatively to sucralose. But I don't consume much or any significant amount of it daily.

Most B12's are still made for sublingual use...so have a flavoring in them or sweetening agent.
Jarrow does not have sucralose either:

This is available in iherb.com and Amazon.
Mannitol is brutal on my system, I might as well take an EX-LAX.

I have a Jarrow B-12 5000mcg I take but i break it into 4. And just take 1/4th a day because I don't have a deficiency. I have seen a lot of places say that even the 5000 is perfectly safe and others say it could be a bit much and you could see a blood pressure drop from that much. My blood pressure is always in the lower (optimal)end of normal. Don't wanna start getting into low BP issues. I could get there easily.

I have also seen some places say that the body isn't able to ingest the entire dose in the B-12 supplement.

Any thoughts?
